Reminder to all members of MGS that our Annual General Meeting will be held at the MGS Resource Centre, Unit E, 1045 St. James St., Winnipeg, MB on June 1, 2019 at 10:00 am. All members with a valid membership as at that date are welcome to attend.
Elections will take place at the AGM for the following positions:
President
Vice President – Administration
Vice President – Finance
Vice President – Information Technology
Vice-President – Communications
Member-at-Large (2 positions)
Nominations remain open and may be submitted to Mona Phillip at mal@mbgenealogy.com on or before the 25th of May 2019. If you have questions about any of the positions, please contact Mona. Members in good standing may submit their own name for consideration. If nominating another member, please ensure you have their consent.
