Seasonal Closure of MGS Resource Centre
This year, our seasonal closure is Sunday, 15 December 2024 to Monday, 13 January 2025. This is the only closure the MGS Resource Centre schedules—although we do sometime have storm closures. If school divisions or other large bodies have closures, the MGS follows those closures mandates.
MGS Research Centre open 10 am to 3 pm
MGS Resource Centre UNIT E - 1045 ST. JAMES STREET, WINNIPEG, Manitoba, CanadaOn-site access to Ancestry.ca, Newspaper Archives.com, Vivid-Pix as well as research assistance from MGS volunteers. Free for MGS members. Non-members pay a $10 day user fee. MGS Individual membership is $60/yr. We are located at 1045 St. James Avenue in the Brick Plaza, an L shaped strip mall. There is lots of free parking.
