A very successful Special General Meeting was held on Saturday, February 1 with 32 members in attendance. A new MGS Executive was elected as follows:

VP Administration Vacant
VP Communications Janice Butcher
VP Finance Vacant
VP Information Technology Aleta Foreman
2 Members-at-Large Laurie Green, Shaun Hobson
Past President Gord McBean, Jim Oke (not elected – by virtue of previous position)
After the General Meeting the Executive met and appointed Angela Fiebelkorn to serve as Treasurer. Note that the Secretary and two Executive positions are still vacant on the 10-person Executive.
